Akmal Dawakhana provides reliable Cash on Delivery (COD) across 250+ cities, towns, and tehsils throughout Pakistan. You do not need to pay in advance; simply hand cash payment to the courier rider upon physical delivery to your doorstep or workplace.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours directly from our main Quaidabad dispensary. Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. Patients in Karachi may also opt for same-day walk-in collection at our dispensary on Main Murghi Khana Road.
Dispatched same-day or next working day via overnight air or express road cargo. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days depending on destination distance from provincial hubs (e.g. Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan).
Deliveries to remote valleys or border tehsils may take 3 to 5 business days based on regional feeder logistics.

For trial orders or single items under Rs. 2,500, a standardized fee of Rs. 250 covers protective packaging, courier booking, and transit insurance.
