Question 1

How does Cash on Delivery work across Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery (COD) is completely risk-free. Deliveries within Karachi arrive within 24 to 48 hours; all other cities and towns across Punjab, KPK, Balochistan, and Interior Sindh take 2 to 4 business days. We provide FREE delivery on all orders over Rs. 2,500.

Are your remedies 100% natural, safe, and steroid-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. All formulations at Akmal Dawakhana are prepared from 100% pure botanical herbs, classical mineral preparations (Kushtajat where traditional), and natural distillate waters (Arqiyaat). We strictly adhere to classical Unani Tibb pharmacopoeia standards. Our remedies contain zero synthetic corticosteroids, artificial chemicals, tranquilizers, or heavy metal contaminants.
